The Treasure of Shiver River

The FCPA's long-standing summer tradition of staging a melodrama, usually in conjunction with the Francisco Fort Museum, was continued in July 2014 with the production of The Treasure of Shiver River Or . . . It's Hard to Drive Cattle When Their Horns Are Frozen. Once again directed by the inestimable Peggy Arnold-Hoobler and boasting a cast of twelve talented local thespians, this hilarious one-act melodrama was followed by an olio of first-class comedy, music and dance. Six sell-out crowds enjoyed an entertaining evening (or afternoon) of laughter and appreciation for the amazing depth of talent we find in little town!
