normally open at 6:30 p.m. for 7:00 p.m. performances and at 1:30 p.m.
for matinees, but the doors will always open earlier when tickets are only
available at the door. Advance tickets to FCPA shows, when made
available, normally go on sale online (right here!) approximately four
weeks before the first show date. Approximately two weeks before the
show, tickets not yet sold online will also go on sale locally while
continuing to be available online while they last.
When advance tickets are sold ahead of the show, you can still purchase
tickets at the door on each show date but only if there are still
tickets available! We recommend that you buy your tickets in advance to
ensure that you get a seat!
The Fine Print
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT REFUNDS - and this is really important! We understand that sometimes plans change and sometimes that happens at the last minute. As much as we can, we will try to accommodate you when you let us know in advance that you'll miss the show. (Please click here to send us an e-mail or call us at 719.695.0687.) But here's the deal: Once you buy tickets here, we take those tickets "off the market" to ensure that they are ready and waiting for you at the door 30 minutes before showtime. If your plans change within a day or two of showtime, we probably can't re-sell your tickets to someone else. While we certainly wish we were as big as a Broadway venue, we're not quite there yet and, as a small non-profit community theater, we need to sell all the tickets we can to our shows! We bet you understand.
So here's our Refund Policy: If you buy tickets online but your plans change, you can obtain a full refund so long as it is at least 48 hours before your ticketed show date. No refunds will be given if you cancel any later than that or just don't show up to claim your tickets. Of course, if WE cancel a show - oh, perish the thought! - you can always exchange your tickets to the cancelled show for tickets to another show OR we will refund the full price of your unused tickets to the cancelled show. In the very unlikely event that we are forced to cancel a show, we'll add a new show to replace it if at all possible (it may not be possible in the middle of a winter snowstorm!), so watch this website for an announcement of the new date(s).
